Later she called to schedule a time with Todd to go over the policy. Her professionalism was so welcomed considering customer service is not what it use to be. Today was my appointment with Todd. What a kind and understanding person. He guided me step by step through the policy and made suggestions on what would be best for my parents. He also asked if I had any questions concerning insurance and I asked about car insurance. He took the time to explain how insurance has changed and offered to give me a quote.
