"My over the phone experience with Ivett Montano and Troy Manning was amazing. It’s so refreshing to speak to people who are kind and helpful.
I spoke to Ivett first regarding renewing my parent’s homeowners insurance. I explained my parents are elderly and not in the best of health. She was so thoughtful and guided me through the process. Later she called to schedule a time with Todd to go over the policy. Her professionalism was so welcomed considering customer service is not what it use to be.
Today was my appointment with Todd. What a kind and understanding person. He guided me step by step through the policy and made suggestions on what would be best for my parents.
